iCIMS STANDARD FORMS LIBRARY
iForms are electronic forms used to collect required information from candidates, employees, and new hires. iForms reduce manual data entry and store collected information directly in the iCIMS Talent Platform.
In order for a new iForm to be considered for inclusion in the iCIMS Standard iForm Library, all of the following conditions must be met:
- It is used within an organization's talent acquisition workflow
- It is a Tax withholding form standardized by a government body and required on a federal level, state level, or by a large municipality
- It does not include the collection of personal health information
- It is legally authorized to be completed via electronic signature
Forms that meet this criteria will be evaluated based on business need and customer impact. Any form not included in Standard Library can be created as a custom form.

iCIMS Onboarding (Formerly Preboard) Acknowledgement Forms (Click to expand/collapse)
Onboarding Acknowledgement Forms are made available to iCIMS customers who have purchased iCIMS Onboarding product. Any iForm that includes only checkbox question types for the sole purpose of acknowledging customized verbiage provided by the client (e.g., a policy which is required to be reviewed and acknowledged by a candidate). The checkbox questions can include a date and timestamp based on the individual who is signing iForm and when such iForm is signed (e.g., {{Updateddate.signature}} and {{Updatedby.signature}} included).
